circleci-artifact-proxy is a tool to proxy requests to artifacts of specific builds, but with human-readable URLs (<org>/<repo>/<build>/<path>). It also allows pointing directly at the latest available builds, making artifacts suitable for storage of documents etc.
The server source is on GitHub, and written in rust. There’s a blog post with more detail on my website, both linked below.
