Cannot trigger pipelines because of "our block list"

After years of usage, I suddenly say my pushes not having the correspondent pipelines being executed. When I try triggering them by hand in circleci, I get the following error:

Error triggering pipeline.

You are attempting to run a pipeline from a region on our block list. Please contact support for more information.

Anyone know what’s happening and/or what can I do to fix it?

I believe you need to request an exemption here by filing a support ticket here: https://support.circleci.com/hc/en-us
