I am receiving a 503 response from the circle-artifacts.com URL in the Artifacts tab (for example, https://circleci.com/gh/dewsly/hubbly/2890#artifacts/containers/0) of my projects. I can provide the full URL of the artifacts if necessary.

Seeing the same thing. Response is
"503 Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity (check http://status.circleci.com)"
