While trying to migrate to version 2, discovered that apt-add-repository is now a “command not not found” (circleci/ruby:2.3 image).

A quick search indicates that this is software that can be installed in Ubuntu. Just add an install command in a prior run step, or chain a prior install command with && as you’re doing there.
