Windows support

My company has a critical server implemented with C#/.NET ; we currently build this on a self-hosted TeamCity install on Windows and deploy to Windows on-site. We’re tired of TeamCity and are interested in switching to CircleCI, but without a Windows build environment, it doesn’t seem like an option.

We’re considering trying AppVeyor soon. And in the medium term, AWS CodeBuild will be adding support for Windows (source).

Once we have our Windows apps building on a CI service that we like, our next problem will be fragmentation — it’ll be a drag on our team to be learning and using two different CI services. So at some point we’ll want to consolidate all our builds onto a single service — and it’ll be a service that supports Windows.
