Troubleshooting Builders fleet state on Circle 1.48.x

Hello Folks,

I’m having issues, in troubleshooting CCIE builders fleet state on 1.48.x

The fleet state keep showing “Starting up”. But builds get queuing and not running any jobs.

Looking for any documentation/ advice.
