I’m trying to reach a SSH server reachable by IPv6 only. It’s possible by my terminal with ssh pi@ipv6\_adress -p port but impossible via CI:

```
  - run:
      name: Deploy
      command: |
        ssh pi@$ADDRESS -p $PORT
```

And error:

ssh: connect to host \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* port \*\*\*\*\*: Cannot assign requested address

any ideas ? Thank

Currently, CircleCI states the following

You can use the [Machine executor](https://circleci.com/docs/configuration-reference/#machine) for testing local IPv6 traffic. Unfortunately, we do not support IPv6 internet traffic, as not all of our cloud providers offer IPv6 support.

One way around this is to deploy a self-hosted runner as you are then in full control of the environment and so can define IPv6 directly if you have access to it.
