RabbitMQ plugin installation

Hi, we have a requirement to have a running rabbitmq with a particular plugin for our testing environment (https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-delayed-message-exchange). The way I’ve been able to get this up and running is create a custom rabbit image off of the official rabbit base image and use that in our circle config.

My question: I would to avoid maintaining a custom rabbit dockerfile solely for the purpose of installing the plugin – is there a better way to do this with circle 2.0?
