Pushing a notification to Slack on rebuild, too

Anyone else suffer when a CircleCI build fails (for whatever reason), a Failed message is pushed to a Slack channel and then multiple people jump on to hit that shiny Rebuild button? Yeah, we get that a lot.

It would be lovely if we could get a Slack notification to let us know when someone else has hit Rebuild on a build, just like we get notified when a build succeeds, fails and is cancelled.
