# Problem with specific user PRs

I have a team member who is creating Github PR but all his PR’s are not builded by CircleCI. I’ve checked Github webhook for this PR and it’s sended to Circle but PR is not creating CircleCI build. any advice please?

Also, has the user got a CircleCI account, signed in via GitHub?
