One can currently ignore a build on a branch.

However I don’t know of a way of restrict this to a specific user or org. For instance, I’d like to do something like this so that users can still build on
master with their fork or their PRs from there fork. Though the exact syntax does not matter.
general: branches: only: - org/master
/ is used with regex perhaps
: would be better. Admittedly this creates a yaml dictionary, but that also makes it easy to parse and detect this use case.
