Get checks in the new github checks tab

#1

It looks like github just came out with a new checks tab. How can we move the circleci checks into it?

When will circleci support “Github Checks”?

Note: Checks are currently in public beta and are only available for use with GitHub Apps.

From what I understand of this new Checks feature, it doesn’t replace Statuses (which is what the Circle CI integration uses). Instead, it provides a way to perform checks that return line annotations and more detailed information. I think that Circle CI build info still belongs as a Status, so there’s no need to “move” them into the Checks tab, but it would be cool if Circle updated their app to include Checks that took advantage of line annotations, like in the case of linter errors.

Edit: It appears that Circle CI checks are already in development! Nice.
