Feature request: the ability to change the title of a Support Request


Sometimes the original title of a support request doesn’t stand the test of time.

I want to be able to change the title so it clearly reflects my current understanding of the issue, not my initial understanding.


I think would need to be raised with Zendesk, after a ticket is “solved” it becomes immutable.


I hope you’re saying “CircleCI will have to raise that issue with Zendesk”.

Please note, the title is immutable even before the ticket is “solved”. I can live with it becoming immutable after solving.
