Feature request: all members see all support requests


Currently, I am shown support requests that I authored.

I want all members of my organization to see all support requests, regardless of who authored them.

Expected Benefits:

  • help prevent writing duplicate requests
  • help us help each other
  • aid tracking of issues



All users in an org can see each others tickets if they log into https://circleci.zendesk.com, you may need to create an account but as long as you have opened a ticket in the past it should just require a password reset.
