Failed/Fixed emails in workflows

We recently switched to v2 (on macOS). In our case, a git push triggers a workflow containing 7 builds. However, email notification seems to be sent out per build, not per workflow. As a result, when any build fails, I receive 6 “Build Fixed” emails and 1 “Build Failed” email. As best I can tell the “Build Fixed” emails don’t correspond to any previously failed jobs for that build (though other builds in that workflow did fail).

Is this a known problem? Or am I using this wrong?

@dzhus, so it looks like the problem has been solved for badges, but persists for email notifications
