Error fetching image ... Error: No such image

Problem: you’re running into an error as in the title on Spin up Environment and you’ve confirmed your image exists by successfully running docker pull from another machine.

Explanation: a Docker image you’re pulling may have a user id that’s too high. We only support user ids going up to 65536. To check this, docker pull that image onto your local machine and check /etc/passwd. If you see a line like the following:

phantomjs:x:72379:999::/home/phantomjs:/usr/sbin/nologin

where 72379 is the user id, then this is your problem.

You’ll have to push a new image where this user id and all others are below 65536.
