I’m Michelle Luna, heading up the docs at CircleCI. You are invited to join our first public docs meeting (aka docs party!) next week, Tuesday March 6th at 10amPT on google hangouts here:
The goal is to introduce myself and the docs team followed by a live one-hour session focused on improving the content of circleci-docs.
Looking forward to meeting some of you!
The live working session to improve docs will be focused on the following two lists (and we can add to them as we go depending on what you think is most important):
Thanks to the three folks who attended our inaugural CircleCI Docs meeting party! We resolved 9 GitHub issues and merged 5 PRs!
Along the way, we found that hangouts was not great and we couldn’t record the meeting, so I’ve changed to a zoom meeting everyone can join, but you have to install the zoom software in advance for the video call:
Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android:

Hope to see you next week, same time, different URL!
Thanks to those who attended the docs meeting last week! I got a video of our meeting posted for those who want to catch up with our documentation team but who can’t join us at 10am PT on Tuesdays.
We’ll meet again tomorrow morning at the zoom video link above to talk through recent docs updates and our plans for the week followed by a working session to fix issues and complete project work (see the Issues tab and Projects tab on the circleci-docs GitHub repository for details, links are in the original post above).
Here is the video from our Docs meeting on March 20th, thanks for joining us! We had introductions, went through Q1 summary of docs work, and talked about our plans for Q2 followed by a working session.
We will not meet next week, so catch us again in the first week of April!
-We were down to 13 GitHub issues on circleci-docs at the start of the meeting, so our goal was to finish them all up! We closed 9 throughout the day, so we just have one customer-filed issue left and three filed by Ricardo for some work he aims to do on the API documentation, great stuff!
Here is the video with notes in the description from the June 5th docs meeting. No meeting next week as I will be on vacation! See you all again on Juneteenth!
