I am seeing significant delays in webhooks firing from Circle 2.0 configuration for build updates, since at least November 30th.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Adding a webhook to notify Coveralls.io takes a 5-7 minute build up to a 35-40 minute build, after which the notification usually does go through.
