# Database inferences

Hi,

I think it would be really helpful to have a clear list of steps inferred for the database section of, e.g., a Rails app.

At the moment, I feel like I have to guess/trust what Circle is inferring.

Is there such a formal definition, maybe somewhere on the GitHub repo?

EDIT: To clarify, what I’m saying is it would be helpful to have a list of all the inferenced steps for each project type, without having to discover them by running builds.
