# Connection timed out

i have this problem when i run my tests on my builds

and i get this error on each test

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection timed out

and im quite new to CircleCI and only been trying around setting up my circle.yml for an evening now

any help is appreciated thanks 🙂
