Cache of installed ruby

Is there a suggested/tested way to cache the installation of a specific ruby version for osx executor in circle 2.0?

Performing the following commands in every build consumes a couple of minutes that could be avoided probably.

ruby-install ruby 2.4.0
source ~/.bashrc
chruby 2.4.0

The above lines trigger some homebrew updates so it’s not clear to me that caching specific folder is the way to go.
