Artifacts with Special Characters in the File Name

Hi and apologies if what I’m going to report is a known issue. But it turns out Circle has difficulties handling artifacts that have “+” sign in their names. For an example, see https://circleci.com/gh/Linuxbrew/homebrew-core/5470#artifacts/containers/0 and click on either gtk%2B3-3.22.11.x86_64_linux.bottle.json or gtk%2B3-3.22.11.x86_64_linux.bottle.tar.gz

Any advice how to handle such artifacts or a confirmation that this is a bug would be welcome.

We are aware of this issue and should have shipped a fix for this. Can you let me know if this is still a problem for newer builds?
