For some reason, the site can’t seem to find a particular user in a Github org. Because of this, I have no way to add them as a collaborator. Is there no way to just use an email address to add a collaborator if the service fails finding the user in github? ---

Yes, the teammate is able to see the org’s repos on that page AND is able to login separately and “Watch” a build. But for some reason that user doesn’t show up in the list, when “Inviting Teammates”. ---
